We provide free planning calculators, equipment guides and project checklists. We also accept hire enquiries for manual review and supplier expressions of interest. Our initial supplier recruitment focus is Sydney.
What to expect
We are an independent planning and enquiry service, not an equipment owner or booking platform. We do not show live inventory, verified availability or instant prices. Supplier relationships and coverage are developing.
How we may earn money
The planning tools are free. OpenShed and Security Wholesalers are under common ownership. The security section links to equipment sold by Security Wholesalers as a purchase alternative. We may introduce clearly identified paid supplier listings, supplier referral fees or affiliate links in future. Any commercial placements will be labelled. A referral does not replace your own checks on a supplier.
A new chapter for the name
This is a new OpenShed service under new ownership. It is not a continuation of the former Open Shed rental marketplace. Former accounts, rentals and agreements are not administered here.
